jessica and i got word today that we will be able to rent a house we have been looking at. it's on hawthorne and near everywhere we usually visit. it's three bedrooms and one will be dedicated to a workspace and the other extra room will be a gallery room. we plan to have monthly art shows and movie nights, so please everyone come.

i can't wait to have a nice house and to ride my bike everywhere, but more than anything i can't wait to live with jessica.
