I've downloaded and listened to a couple season 2 SGA commentaries by Martin Gero (writer, very funny), Joe Flanigan, and David Hewlett. I REWINDED THE EPISODE LIKE FIVE TIMES TO SEE THAT AGAIN AND AGAIN. Cause, GUH. COULD I LOVE THIS SHOW ANY MORE? I THINK NOT.
Jewel Staite's character seemed pretty awesome. I really hate it when they use the same actor twice on the same show, but since that wraith chick didn't really look a lot like her I guess that's ok. :D
I really need to listen to some of these commentaries. :D

I don't remember, but it might have been you that said to me it's obvious John's a slasher, wait til you get to the finale - remember I mentioned I had that dream I watched the finale and it was SUPERGAY? Well, it didn't only have Rodney kissing John on the cheek - it also had John teasing Rodney and Zelenka and essentially slashing them and OMG IT HAPPENED IN CANON!!! I am psychic :D That or the writers are in my dreams... before I even have them! HEE. So, so awesome.
And OH! I get your Fantastic Four icon now! HEEE!
You really really need to listen to the commentaries. PRICELESS.
I think we can totally make an exception for Jewel. Especially if she's going to become a regular now! How awesome would that be????
