The problem with updating my icons is that I subsequently want to make a GIP for EVERY ONE OF THE NEW ONES! Gosh. I have such a passionate love affair with icons. I realized this week that I love Jo when she's being inept and screwing up and kind of making a dork out of herself (REO Speedwagon? Oh, hon), and yet wince in response to any point in which she's supposed to look cool and talented in a hunting capacity. I mean, she may be good at that shooting game and for good reason, but I'm awesome at shooting games and I shouldn't be allowed to hold anything more dangerous than a can full of botulism.

She's not bad at all when they're not hanging the big neon shipping sign over her and Dean. She's younger than Sammy, for crying out loud. It's not a huge age difference, but at the same time it's enough to make you cringe. Dean doesn't need somebody he has to take care of, that's what he has Sammy for. ;)

Yeah, but not in a hunting situation. There's a difference between holding it to the back of a guy who's not really fighting you and holding it against a monster coming out of the dark at you.

Ugghhh, have you seen the new CW Director's Cut of No Exit? Dean and Jo are so so cutesy. I'm really not feeling the whole cutesy Dean thing with anyone other than Sam. I mean I might be able to deal if Dean were patting her on the head and encourging her to toddle after Sammy. But yeah, full blown Jo/Dean sexin just isn't going to work for me. Or atleast I'm pretty sure it won't:) Now Dean and Ellen? So there!

mcee posted a really adorable clip of Alona Tal singing. Apparently she's from Isreal and starred on Hebrew television.

I have seen the Director's Cut, and I thought it was ADORABLE, but again, I CANNOT see that progressing into something sexual. She's just too CHILDISH.

Dean/Ellen however isnt workin for me either. She's far too motherly, and cross-generational incest is SO not my thing. I, however, would sell my left kidney for some awesome Dean/Ash :D:D

I'd seen the clip a long time ago. Very cute :)

Dean/Ellen I see more as a Demi Moore/Ashton Kutcher kinda thing. And I think we can pretty much assume if Jo is to be Dean's love interest, then it will become sexual at some point. So early scenes like these that are childish and cutesy, really aggravate me. I don't want to be thinking of her as an adorable little girl. I want to see some hardcore woman action from her;D Her mom keeps tabs on her? She's not allowed to venture off on her own without being checked up on? Yikes. Not exactly what I had in mind for Dean.

But I.. don't buy that they could have any kind of deep, real relationship. You know? I don't really want them to take it in that direction. They act more like big brother-little sister right now, and one incestuous pairing is all I've got room for, thanks :PI agree. She's hitting on him in a very clumsy way and it's just ... she's so young! not only the way she looks, but the way she behaves too. I totally wouldn't have a problem with Dean getting it on with Ellen ... but Jo ... naaah. Pleas God, no :( He likes her, and she's kinda cute but I really don't get the vibes from Dean. And neither from her. Yes she's hitting on him, but I got the feeling it's more like because Dean's so hot. Not because of Tru Luv!!11!1 ( ... )

See, that is my problem with Jo as well, I love her, I think she is hot. But then I feel all dirty and wrong for thinking she is hot because she does seem so young. Now, her and Sam I could buy, I wouldn't like it, but I could buy it. Coz they aren't so different in age. but her and Dean, no, not at all. She does seem more like a little sister.

But I also really don't want them to go in that direction, because the whole little sister thing makes me cringe.
