I got into the Railway Conductor program at BCIT today! Yay! And I got the call while I was making Spinach Gnocchi from Vegan with a Vengeance, so I'm celebrating with deliciousness. I just need to invent a new marinara recipe, my old one is still delicious, but I'm out of crushed tomatoes. I learnt how to make my original recipe from the Godfather
