Mini Knockout

After making a hacky sack for a guy in my class because he is pretty awesome and didn't have one, I got back into crochetting and finished a Knockout Crochet Doll. I also wrote up the pattern I use for them in my previous post, along with pictures and my slow descent into madness as I attempted to rewatch Season 1 of the L word, so check that post out if you like crocheting, or you are a fan of the show "How it's Made", or you are just very sadistic.

Normally I use fimo for the eyes but this time I found some buttons at a craft store. They look kind of buggy, but I like it when the dolls turn out unique.

The thread on her belt was part of her buckle, but this silver embroidery thread I have is impossible to secure.

My inspiration for her actually came more from Amanda Gould's version of Scandal and Knockout.

gail gets her own tag now, crochet, dorkific, crafts, comics
