List of popular live houses in Tokyo/gig info

My parents are coming to visit Japan, and I'm going up to Tokyo for a few days to pick them up. I was wondering if anybody knew of a website would good, concise, up to date info on popular venues in Tokyo and who is playing when and where

Well there are lots of venues in Shibuya so I would say to check their schedules. Shibuya O-East,O-Crest, Shibuya Eggman... if you search live house in Japanese I am sure tons more come up. They are all in the same area so easy to find.

Outside of Shibuya there are the two Blitz, Yokohama and Akasaka that have a lot of rock bands play there.

If you scroll all the way down it lists a good chunk of the venues in Tokyo with links to their homepages. It's a convoluted way of doing it but I hope it helps.

thanks for the rec's. Really, I just want to see if there are any bands I know playing. I'm not going to go see any bands I don't know.

I...like a lot of bands, and I think honestly it'd be easier and take much less time to look up the bigger venues and see who is playing lol
