[When Nanao gets close to the tree Envy's sitting in, he calls down.] I'm up here.

[He makes his way down to a lower branch so that he can talk without having to yell.] Why not?

[It took a bit to find Envy's location from just the post, but he managed it. It was an issue close to his heart considering his situation.

He stands beneath the tree, peering up and squinting in the sun.]

You know that everyone from my world, except Romano, are from further ahead than I am?

[Envy looks down when he sees England approaching, and moves to a lower branch. He shakes his head in response to the question.]

I didn't. How far behind are you?

[England moves to lean against the tree trunk. More comfortable.]

Seventy years or so, as far as I can tell.

[He lets out a low whistle.] That's not too long, but it's long enough for a lot to happen.

Are there things you want to change?

[China had already been out walking by the time Envy made his broadcast. It was strange feeling the wind blow through his short hair, not feeling his ponytail flowing behind him. He leans against the tree trunk and folds his arms. He doesn't look directly at Envy, though, he only looks toward the horizon.]

They say bad things happen when people mess with time, aru. It's such a delicate and frail thing.

[Envy moves down to a lower branch so that he can converse better. He frowns.]

Maybe. But bad things are going to happen even if I don't mess with it.

[Envy looks down and waves back. And is kind of wondering if he was supposed to be doing something.]

[Oh no, nothing. Just y'know that Tulio has to check up on you guys. With being a control freak comes being sort of possessive and with that broadcast he kiiiinda just wants to know what's going on.]

Oh, nothing! Wait, hang on-

[And here goes climbing. He's a suprisingly good climber and will be up there with you - but on a somewhat lower branch - in a couple of minutes. Yep. NOT TOO BAD, right?]

You're pretty good at climbing for someone who hates nature.
