I miss Ithaca. It was where I got all of my snow training. I found it difficult to believe when I was trying to walk uphill in snow a few months ago that at one point I took a running jump into someone's car as they drove away in the snow once. That was awesome. It was for one of Seth's assignments. I also enjoyed the opportunity to use a relaxation technique I learned from...I think it was The Simpsons when we woke Ian up. Ah, Ithaca. Good times.

Well, it seemed like there was no way to avoid it, because even in college it's difficult to adapt to people having full-fledged conversations and shit three feet away from your face, and it was like 7 a.m. at this point. I wish that I could demonstrate this relaxation technique via text, but I can't! I tried to find a video of it, but no luck. If it weren't 3:40 a.m. and my entire family weren't asleep, I'd do a video of it myself, but it's basically like a really long buildup to a short but sweet punchline. But without words!
