Oh, that's rough. My dad had to fire one of his techs last week and just told me about it today, so this is particularly close to home.

This is perfect. You posted another Hicok poem I loved ('Whither Thou Goest') as well. I think it's official, I must obtain a collection of his!

Also, yeah, my dad just got laid off last week. I'm pretty sure he's one of the many who are staring at the phone...
