It might be good to go to the Counseling Center, and see what they can help you with. Maybe you just need a counselor -- a person to talk with, and let go of some of your troubles with. Additionally, they can help you figure out what's you and what isn't.

Take time out in your days to be calm, and evaluate the people who you are around. You may need to calm down and realize that some people aren't necessary in your life... and others are. Find those who are important to you, I guess.

I may be rambling, but I think paradigm cleansing is always a good idea when you begin to be overwhelmed. Find things you can clean up and out of your life, and get them out. I cut classes this semester down to 13, because I needed later schedules.

well I have a therapist that I have been seeing for a long time outside of school. the ones at school did not help me though, so yeah. they're good if you have troubles with school, but not with mental health issues really. at least the woman i saw anyhow.
