I know you don't usually like exercise, but that is what I use as my stress outlet. It is effective and good for you. If you don't have time to run or ride a bike you can always just go for a quick walk.
kempdog is right, taking a walk can help relieve some of the stress, even if it's just temporary. Whenever I start feeling overly anxious, I take Cayenne for a walk to help get me out of the house and make me relax a bit. It usually works for at least a little bit, and sometimes I can take the time to get my thoughts organized and come up with a plan for whatever is stressing me out.
