I wasn't sure where you were going with this so I was reeeeally hoping that he would get it out! and then it broke my heart when he just couldn't. :( Poor darling Esposito. He just needs Ryan to give him a big hug and take care of him.

=[[ I KNOW!!! Geez...you think it made you sad to read it? How do you think I felt to writeit?!?!? Gosh, I was so upset...I really wanted to make it happy every step of the way, but that wouldn't fit the prompt. Argh. I mean, at this point in the fic, I had two options:

1) Have Espo never manage to actually tell Ryan, or
2) Let Espo tell him and then have Ryan reject him, which could have AWFUL, friendship-shattering consequences.

So I think I chose well, all things considered ;)
