Big Steps

Today, I fed my cousin a Publix turkey sub and chicken fingers from the hospital. He ate all of it. He also drank two cans of ginger ale. Then, he squeezed my finger with his hand. This may not sound like a big deal, but this is huge! Huge! For my cousin who has been in a completely paralyzed state since a motorcycle crash about two months

jess, that's such great news... sounds like he has a great attitude and outlook on everything. when josh first told me, it seemed like there was no hope, but it sounds like he is making a speedy (and hopefully complete) recovery.

That is wonderful and congrats! It is amazing in itslef that he is alive. I had a friend that was just in a car accident two weeks ago and he passed away, so, being alive AND making progress is phenomenal! I am so happy for you guys.
