Dunno if it's seasonal or it's more gradual, but whatever it is I've developed a tendency to hide from the world on days I'm not working. Can't really credit it to anything in particular... but it's proving to be a problem

In my opinion, you should look into that angle.

FWIW: Ordering in, is an expensive way to eat, and you probably have better uses for your income.

Problem with identifying when I'm generally depressed is I'm so damned perky. It's usually only when I'm morbidly depressed I can tell...

I'm the same way. Some days just going to work is such a chore. Having to deal with the public can be so exhausting.

Actually, the work thing hasn't been an issue. It's going out on days I don't work that's become the issue,
