She's come a long way.
I used to torment myself, trying to "make it up to her" for having such a rough start in life, but then my SIL posted something about how dogs live in the now and are so grateful in the moment and I believe that. I decided that if she had moved past it then I should, too.
I will convey your wishes. :)

I love the coveting because she's not at all aggressive-- just indignant that anyone should have anything that she wants.
And she is so locked on and determined to steal that she often sacrifices her treat/toy to the third dog. As I have said before, she can't count past 2 or we'd all be in trouble.

I remember that! I didn't know it was the mange. I thought she was just a smelly dog. I figured since you bathe her a lot that you had dealt with the odor problem that way.

While she is indeed a stinky baby, a dog with a skin infection as a unique odor. Ewwe!

Now she just has the stink that I identify as My Dog.
(But yeah, I try to keep her as clean as I can without screwing up her dog skin.)
