Feeling Better Lately
Hi to anyone who still reads this. It's been a long time since I posted last. Things have changed since then and I would say mostly for the better. Offer Accepted
Today I found out that the offer I made on a house last week has been accepted. Since this is a short sale, now I have to wait to see if the offer gets third party approval (i.e. that the seller's bank agrees to the offer). This is likely to take a few months. Long, Unusual Day
Today was an unusual day. I haven't posted here for a while. What you need to know is that I'm part time now. I told my to-be roommate

Moving!
Yet another move is in store for me in about a month. My current lease is up at the end of July and my older brother is going to be moving back to Peru as well. Likewise I think my other roommate is going to be moving out. He probably should be moving back in with his parents anyway. It's Been So Long Since I Posted
Wow. It's been so long since I posted anything here (I think LJ said that it's been 72 weeks). I've actually updated my profile a number of time since then so it has a small update then from over a year ago. Basically if you don't know, I left USC in May of last year and came back to NoVa. Bicycling
So a few months back I bought myself a bicycle. At first I would use it to go to and from classes, a distance of about a mile. I have two lectures on Tuesdays and Thursdays with a break in between them. This meant on those days I would and do usually bike 4 times, twice back and forth. Belated Birthday
So on February 12th I turned 26, but did not make a post about it. However, if I had it would just have been the same old stuff. Basically, "Wow, I'm 26 already. Where did the time go? Doing Taxes
I haven't posted in like forever, but I was doing my tax return recently and I noticed something interesting. Now, this has probably been the case for a long time, but I noticed that the phase-out for the student-loan interest deduction is based on you adjusted gross income (AGI).
