I went to Patty and Bun yesterday after lozette mentioned it.  Their burgers are damn good, far superior to Meat Mission, and didn't leave me feeling greasy (like the Meat Mission one did).  The patty was medium rare, extremely juicy, and the bun, cheese, pickles etc were all perfect.  It was very messy, but worth it.  The only (mild) disappointment was

In other news, I tried camel meat recently. Not bad, nothing special though, tastes a lot like beef imo.
