The biggest news is that we have a new (to us) car! My parents just upgraded and have passed down their oldest car. It's not the best in the whole world but it solves a lot of logistical problems. Never again will I be stranded at home with no way of getting myself & EM Jr somewhere. We will transfer title & insurance in the late summer, when

Not to get too personal ;) but have you gotten your periods back yet? If not, a drop in supply can mean that you're about to menstruate. Also, it's normal to produce less when the baby starts eating solids, but doesn't have to mean the end of nursing. As long as he nurses you will still produce at least something.

If it was just a supply issue I'd hold out 'til the magical 1 year mark. But I've been having let-down issues and that's a bit more serious. I feel sorry for the poor little guy - he works hard, doesn't get anything (much) and is hungry and double-frustrated.
