IOE - experience with company

Very uncalled for. I'm sorry not only did the order took forever to get to you, but was also incorrectly packed. I think IOE is making money from 1st time customer orders. I dont see how they can continue to profit with their lousy c/s.

Seconded. My only experience with IOE ever was a bad one. I was ordering something from the Harry Potter inspired collection, being told that it'd still be sent after the collection was renamed - just with the different name, waiting and waiting and waiting, and then waking up one day to a notice that I'd been refunded. No explanation, nothing.

My order that I placed on June 25 just got done. So far, I've gotten vouchers for the conditioner and shampoos that I had in my order. Then I got an email from Alexa on Friday that the hair mists were out of stock. There were three of those in that order, and they were the MAIN reason why I placed the order. I told her I'd take substitutions.

I can't wait to see how screwed up my order is. I so feel your pain!
