IOE - experience with company

I just wanted to post a complaint here about this company so that other people who decide to try ordering with them have a heads up. (because unfortunately I didn't realize)

First, it takes an ungodly amount of time to receive your order. In my particular case it was about 2.5 months. I realize some companies take more time to process orders (BPAL for example), but c'mon, 2.5 months is just out of hand.

Second, I was told an item I ordered (2.5 months ago!) was out of stock. Alexa offered to replace the item with something different so I agreed. However, when I opened the order it wasn't included. I was told she would send it out but never received it. At this point I'm just hoping she decides to refund my paypal account someday for the amount.

Third, the perfume oil I received - it was was OK. The scent wasn't anything spectacular, although it certainly wasn't bad. The problem I did have is that every time I use it (it is in a roller bottle) it leaks! The roller bottle top is cheap or something so I get scented oil all over my clothes if I'm not careful.

Now, I haven't tried any of IOE's other products but at this point I think it's safe to say that I probably won't waste my time. The customer service experience and the amount of time it takes to actually receive the product aren't worth it.

If a company wants to be respected they need to realize they have to get organized and own their sh*t. The fact that you pay for an item and the company puts it in their bank and earns interest of it it while you wait isn't acceptable.
