holy crap that course is pretty scary! haha. we never have anything even remotely close to that here. then again the jumpers here aren't that good, save 3 or 4.

It was fun to watch (mostly). Scary size jumps though thats what you get at 4* eventing!

Full up 4* eventing jumps are scary!

www.eeicup.com its eventing in one afternoon. Started at 11am with the dressage, should have finished about 4pm if all had run smoothly (which it didn't of course).

The dressage was freestyle and to music so it meant the tests were more fun to watch, then the 2 jumping stages were run together, first they went round the show jumps, then in the arena the riders got changed into their x-country colours, got back on the horse and went our to do the x-country jumps. It was good to watch. If they start it up as a proper event with a little pre-novice kinda height x-country I'd absolutly want to have a go!
