She could just mean that the show isn't about Cuddy's baby; it's about House and House's relationships - meaning patients/coworkers/etc.

She could. But when you add up everything she's said and done, as well as comments made by David Shore himself, it is pretty clear that she's talking about House/Cuddy.

If there is a House/Cuddy relationship, isn't there automatically a House/Rachel relationship?

Also, this show was never about any ships in the past. It was intended to be a medical procedural that was built around a single character. This past year, all the soap opera-like drama has really changed the show. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the show and I adore Hugh, but the last few episodes with all the focus on who's in love with whom and who's sleeping with whom were just silly, IMHO.

It wasn't about focusing on who's in love with whom and who's sleeping with whom, IMHO. That was all surface. Underneath was about getting more insight into House himself.

I think that was the intention, and they didn't totally miss the mark. There was, however, a distinct lack of the kinds of moments that USED to give us a peek into the House psyche; instead we got the romantic relationships that never quite gave us the level of insight that we've gotten in the past ( ... )

PS - Perhaps you could try letting your boobz hang out of all your clothes and constantly make inappropriate comments to Hugh whenever someone sticks a camera in your face. Your hubby seems to appreciate these traits in a woman.

Why doesn't she get it? There has to be someone close to her that can tell her how poorly she comes across. I know my friends wouldn't let me embarrass myself like that.
