[Anybody who walks into the park will stumble across a rather odd sight. There's a dog running around the park chasing leaves, bugs, small animals and maybe the occasional drone child and he will be tripping over himself in excitement as he does so. And the dog happens to be completely made out of electricity. His owner is watching from her seat

[Theta is walking through the park en route to somewhere else. She walks with a cane, apparently incapable of putting weight on her left leg. She sees the electric dog and...screams. Loudly.]

[The dog immediately backs away from Theta, looking rather confused. His owner is now running over, or doing something as close to a run that a person with a leg brace can do, clearly looking worried.]

Are you okay? I'm so sorry if he scared you!

[No, Theta is not so frightened she's crying. Absolutely not.]

It's a Tesla machine....

[OH GOD, April feels so guilty right now. She gives the dog a quick glance and he immediately runs out of sight to the other side of the park.]

I-it's okay, he's gone now. He won't hurt you...

[BOWLED OVER but also laughing because Hana is too small to do something like that]

Ahaha, s-stop! I can't see!

[The dog backs up but still jumps back and forth, obviously wanting to play. His owner is watching from underneath the tree to make sure that her dog doesn't hurt Sealand, but touching the dog will only result in a tingly and buzzy sensation.]

[which Sealand thinks IS SO COOL so he's totally scratching ears while he talks to the dog]

Do you play fetch?

[The dog actually nods in reply and now his tail is wagging so much that his back end is moving from side to side.]

[So. Casimiro has chosen this day to practice his kick (since relatively little kept him occupied in this town) when his ball is intercepted by an electric mutt. Torn between anger and confusion, he just stares at it. And then said mutt runs at his leg.]

Aurgh-! Get off!

[Well, if he's gonna have that sort of attitude, the dog will steal his ball. He wants to play, Casimiro~.

His owner doesn't know whether to laugh, apologize for her dogs derp-ness or do both.]

[Arrrgh, his bias against members of the canine family was justified in instances like these. And he chases the strange thing across the field.]

I'm not above kicking you, mutt!

[You want to try kicking something that can instantly become un-solid whenever it wishes? Good luck with that! The dog is just gonna keep leaping around the field, looking pretty damn smug.

His owner has her face in her hands and is trying so hard not to laugh.]

[Hajime is wandering through the park looking for someone to play with. He isn't expecting the lightning that comes bounding at him, everyone said things like that didn't happen here]

Wait, wait, what?

[And this lightening is going to jump back and forth, obviously wanting to play.]

[Hajime's enthusiasm can almost match the dog's. He looks around for anything he can use]

You really are a puppy! There's gotta be a stick or a ball around here somewhere!

[The dog gives a static-ish bark and runs off, and returns a few seconds later carrying a stick which he drops in front of Hajime. The dog now looks at him expectantly.]

[WHAT NEW WEIRDNESS IS THIS, MAYFIELD.

Says the alien-robot turned human passing through on crutches.]

[IT'S FRANKLIN~!

And instead of rushing right into Sideswipe, he's just going to trot over to him, looking at him curiously. The dog's owner is keeping an eye on her dog, in case he decides Sideswipe's crutches would make good toys.]

[He looks right back.]

What in the name of the All Spark are you supposed to be?

[No, he sees no problem in talking to a dog. This is Mayfield. Weirder things have happened.]

[And the dog actually understands or seems to anyway, since he gives a static-ish bark and looks at the crutches and back at Sideswipe. He seems to be trying to ask him something...]
