[Anybody who walks into the park will stumble across a rather odd sight. There's a dog running around the park chasing leaves, bugs, small animals and maybe the occasional drone child and he will be tripping over himself in excitement as he does so. And the dog happens to be completely made out of electricity. His owner is watching from her seat

[Theta is walking through the park en route to somewhere else. She walks with a cane, apparently incapable of putting weight on her left leg. She sees the electric dog and...screams. Loudly.]

[The dog immediately backs away from Theta, looking rather confused. His owner is now running over, or doing something as close to a run that a person with a leg brace can do, clearly looking worried.]

Are you okay? I'm so sorry if he scared you!

[No, Theta is not so frightened she's crying. Absolutely not.]

[OH GOD, April feels so guilty right now. She gives the dog a quick glance and he immediately runs out of sight to the other side of the park.]

I-it's okay, he's gone now. He won't hurt you...

[...April has a really bad feeling about this, because guess who can control and generate electricity? orz]

Y-yes, he's a dog made out of electricity...

Electricity's -dangerous-. [Actually this would be a good experience for her.]

[Electricity dangerous? April would've laughed, but this isn't the right time for that, so here's a raised eyebrow instead.]

...It's impossible to control, and that's why it's illegal in my world. [She's starting to calm down, but she does so by putting on an 'ice bitch' face. It's easy to see through as a mask. Painfully easy.]

[And April see's right through it, but does nothing more than raise her other eyebrow.]

If it wasn't possible, I wouldn't have been able to create the dog you just saw.

But... Electricity can -kill- people...

Only if you allow it to do so. If you control it, then it won't. For example, the dog you just saw would usually kill someone if they touched him, but since I'm in control, he's harmless. And yes, someone has touched him before and they weren't injured in anyway.

Madam I break the laws of physics -routinely- and I wouldn't go near electricity. [Phobiaaaaaaa.] The risks are simply too great.

Again, only if you don't know how to control it. [Hmmm...maybe it's time for a demonstration. April holds up a hand and electricity begins to arc between her fingers.]

See, it's completely safe. [And she was right; the electricity wasn't harming her in any way and it didn't branch off her hand or go out of control.]

[The look on her face is akin to as if you had just electrocuted a kitten.]

What are you using to control it?

[April would never electrocute a kitten! But the expression was kinda funny...]

My brain, basically. I can generate and control electricity.
