I spun up the rest of the roving that came with Kevin's drop spindle today and it actually looks like yarn! Woo! I can't believe you're actually getting a spinning wheel. Now all you need is that llama! You should TOTALLY paint some awesome design on the wheel that makes something cool when it spins, or something.

Your kids are so cute, though I'm sure all-day tantrums can't be fun. But, it is a developmental step towards cool big-person stuff, so I guess that's a good thing.

For K at least, almost 2 was much much worse than actual two. Actually, quite a bit of 2 was delightful. 20-23 months was by far my least favorite age (until now...sigh). Little kids tend to go through six months of equilibrium, where they're happy and pleasant, and then six months of disequilibrium, where they're working on developmental stuff that turns them into unpleasant little hellions. So hopefully once Ethan hits 2 he'll switch back over to equilibrium and you'll have a better six months until he hits 2 1/2.
