To keep activity in the game somewhat steady throughout the year, Evergrove has a year round curriculum. To accomplish this, a custom term schedule was made. What this basically amounts to is each term being 16 weeks long. Seven weeks of instruction (with two days at the end for mid-terms), a week of break, another seven weeks of instruction, a week of finals, and then either one or two weeks of break (depending whether it is spring/summer or winter).
Each term accounts for one half of a student's academic year. So if a student begins his or her freshman year the fall term, spring term they will be a second term freshman, and summer term they will be a first term sophomore. Students are not obligated to have begun their schooling during the fall term and can begin at any term.

Fall Term : Sep 1 - Dec 12
• Mid-terms : Oct 9 & 10
• Mid break : Oct 13 - 17
• Finals week: Dec 15 - 19
Winter break : Dec 22 - Jan 2
Spring Term : Jan 5 - Apr 17
• Mid-terms : Feb 19 & 20
• Mid break : Feb 23 - 27
• Finals week : Apr 20 - 24
Spring break : Apr 27 - May 1
Summer Term : May 04 - Aug 14
