That AC track is pretty fucking catchy. I either really, really love their stuff, or I get annoyed by it, and I 100% love that one. I've been playing it over and over again since you posted the link!

Ooh yay! I have a feeling Merriweather Post Pavilion's going to be the catchiest and poppiest (though still insane and shiny) of all their LPs, from what I heard at All Points West and from the tracks that have leaked.

I either really, really love their stuff, or I get annoyed by it, and I 100% love that one.

Oh, I understand -- seriously, it took me almost a year to really get into them, and I had to skip around my favourite tracks off each of their bajillion albums before I ever really fell in love with an album. But at this point I'm just head over heels.

Out of curiosity, which of their tracks annoy you?

EVE THIS IS SO.........AWESOME???? IS THAT THE RIGHT WORD? I AM NOT USED TO SAYING THESE THINGS RE: ANIMAL COLLECTIVE. TO BE FAIR MY EXPOSURE QUOTIENT TO THEM GOES SOMETHING LIKE: GRASS/SONG THAT SOUNDS LIKE BACON/looking at the MPP cover for too long and getting a headache/.... I fell asleep with it playing earlier and now it is on again, because that's the kind of song this is; it sounds like the life I want to have.

Have you booked solid plans for your return to London? Mine is conditional on finding a job, but at this point I am looking into rending the space-time continuum to tiny pieces to be there (and that is without the incentive of Blur), so - you, how are you getting it done? Do you have a time frame or a ticket?

P.S. This barely scratches the surface of the stuff I owe you post-exam hell but thanks a million for Beach House, I NEVER WANT TO BE WITHOUT THEM AGAIN.

HAHA OMG. Is the song that sounds like bacon Water Curses? I think it is. Also, omoomgomg, the MMP cover. I have stared at it for hours, hoping it will give me some answers but no, only EYE TRIPPING.

And hey, are you not a lover of Grass, the song on whose shoutbox girlcontinuum once wrote "If I ever get tired of this song, I'll know I'm dead inside."????
