Apparently my internet hacking came back. Hoping it lasts a little longer this time, or maybe Time Warner Cable can actually call me back. (Seriously

I'll have to investigate. I'm sure there's one somewhere on Manhattan. But I guess my main wonder is...why can't American companies make biscuits? I just don't get it.
Oh, you're back in NY, and not SF! Yeah, World Market doesn't seem to be there. I did a little Googling and came up with this place in the Village that you could try? They don't put their prices up but they say they'll let you know if you give them a ring.
Oh, ha. I just realised I never changed my profile when I got back here. Must have had something to do with the lack of internets. But yeah, there ARE some decent shops (and that one looks lovely, I've never seen it!) it mostly just bugs me that the price jumps so ridiculously.
I definitely will upload that for you...as soon as I get internet installed here. Sometimes I can hack on fine, and then an hour later it'll die and then I won't have it for the next four days. So that's how my life's been. Urgh.
It's such a good interview, though. And it has that little 'documentary' Colin Murray mentioned on the part that was on the Publicity Tour segment, the one narrated by the voice of Mr Ben.
They're so dead-on about purists, though. I didn't expect Noel to bring up Devendra, but it's a perfect comparison. People are REALLY bitter about Devendra's band, and it boggles me every time I read something like, "Yeah, everything after the radio show is crap. The Boosh should have stopped then." And I'm like...are you SERIOUS?
OH LOVE! I thought you had given up on any Boosh-related things when my internets died and I disappeared. I did upload the second episode for you back then and edited that original post...did you ever see that? I bet it's dead by now, though. ...Yep, it is.
And thanks for saying that too, because honestly, since around, oh, September 2007 all I've wanted this journal to be is me quoting Julian and Noel/Howard and Vince being adorably amazingly cracked out hilarious. But then I never end up posting those because I think everyone wants me to shut up already about them. Oh well.
(Alternately, that Pasdar icon always makes me crack up.)
