I gave up on consequence

Yesterday was the start of Jason's game. Apparently I picked up a cursed item he invented, the Rose Cloak. It's red and black, a rose clasp that digs into the flesh to stay secured. It billows even without wind and drops rose petals as long as I'm standing/walking/running. There goes the stealthy sneaky spy character. ::throws up hands ( Read more... )

That reminds me of the time I took my nieces with me on a short errand to the bank. I only took them to give my grandmother a break as three young children can be a bit much. The trip took about 15 minutes total and the girls were asleep for most of that time. Later I found yellow crayon all over the back of the driver's seat and got zero explanation for the cause. I can totally understand how you guys felt winding up in a similarities situation.

Did you get the crayon out? Jason scrubbed for about 20 minutes last night with a bottle brush and toothbrush to get it out, but he'd have to check when the fabric isn't soaked to see if it worked.

Is it wrong that I never tried? At the time I was furious and I told my sister I wanted my niece to clean it as a way for her to learn a lesson. My mother offered to do it to stop our squabbling and because she adores my niece, but of course she never cleaned it. Eventually, as I never see the stain sitting in the driver's seat, I forgot about it. I think it faded on its own.

We wouldn't see it either, but Jason was pissed and took it out on the car. Not all of it came out so far.

We actually don't have that. Does it work? We can try that next, since not all of the crayon came out.

Test it first. It might bleach out upholstery.
