So I spoke with the rheumatologist this morning about the results of my bloodwork. For the most part, my levels on everything were excellent, nothing to worry about in almost every area. It's always good to know what's wrong.
And try to get in the sun more, more light means more Vitamin D! So you have an excuse to spend time in your beautiful yard!

I had a vitamin D deficiency, too, and apparently it's linked to all kinds of health problems. I'm so glad it's an easy fix for you!
