I highly recommend the restaurant U fleku:

http://en.ufleku.cz/

It's really amazing authentic Czech cuisine with live music and plenty of amazing drinks. You must eat the goulash.

I would spend a night on the Charles Bridge and enjoy the street performers and live music there as well.

Also go to the castle - it's free, and beautiful.

Prague Zoo, the changing of the guards at the Palace, Prague Zoo, The Astronomical Clock, do a city bustour so you can quickly learn where to find all the interesting sites. Oh, and did I mention Prague Zoo? :D

I was going to mention that. :)

To the OP:

If you're into ghost stories and haunted places, Prague has got DOZENS of places you can visit. You can also go on a haunted tour, they have many of those: http://www.mcgeesghosttours.com/

It's considered one of the most haunted cities in the entire world; if you're into that, you're going to have fun. :) I did.

On Easter? No one will be there ^_^;;; Well except other tourists. Easter Monday is a public holiday and Prague is very quiet, sleepy and frankly a little boring as everyone goes out to the country.

I would really recommend picking a smaller Czech town to visit on Easter Monday because that's where the real party will be. (See: Czech Easter is a fun holiday) There are plenty of day trips from Prague where if you're not able to get in on the Easter fun you'll at least have lots of interesting things to do: Cesky Krumlov, Karlstejn, Kutna Hora. Check before to see if the major attractions will be open.

As for Prague itself: I always rec Cafe Therapy. Their food is awesome, a wide variety of dishes including traditional Czech. A real hidden gem. The Maly Buddha also has incredible food (and cheap!), although lately it can be tricky to get a table XD ( ... )

Along with the Astronomical Clock and Charles Bridge, I'd recommend spending some time in the Jewish quarter. Also, make sure you get the pastry Trdlnik (I spelled that wrong) which you can easily find being sold in Old Town Square.

There's a Kafka Museum in Prague. There is also a Sex museum in Prague.

Also go and find the John Lennon wall, it's brilliant! Take a marker with you to write on it :)
