Now that's customer service

So a few days after the flight attendant left his job by cursing at someone and then deploying the slide on a plane, I was thinking that customer service would be on a downhill slide because of all the lousy people they have to deal with on a daily basis

That would be the Culver's by my house. Not the first time when I experienced good service from them, certainly hope it won't be the last. Hope their customer service is nationwide.

Holy crap, I'd go there too. :-o That is quite possibly the best customer service I've ever heard of.
