A newborn looking completely wasted! That was hilarious!
And This - "He never heard this story before. Only the fact that he was a huge baby -nine pounds and a half- and that all he did was sleep and eat -eat mostly. It was like he didn’t even know he could cry."- is just too cute..

Jared may have thought he fibbed to Jensen about his luck but he certainly does seem to be lucky with having an awesome friend like Osric and great parents. Jared's in deep and wise Momma knows it :)

"Damn winter,” Jensen murmurs, cranking the heater to the maximum. “Bloody snow. Fucking labor partner." So had to laugh at this as it reminds me so much of me driving in the winter - minus the labor partner, that is ;)

Driving in winter sucks big time, being pregnant in winter too: your boots don't fit you anymore, you can't buy a coat for a month or two, so you end up with a winter coat passed around pregnant women in your family or with your regular coat opened and you freezes your ass off. Got plenty of memories, as you can see ;-)

Aww, you're the sweetest guy I know. Gibing birth alone is one of the saddest thing when it's not planned that way. My cousin's mother died when she was close to term, and her contractions started the day of the funerals, because of the stress probably. Her mother was supposed to be the one with her in the labor and delivery room: she cried the whole time. :-(
