Sounds like your anxiety is coming from a loss of control. You need to take control by making some sort of schedule or attacking it actively, so that you're deciding what you want and when you want to do things. Maybe start a timetable for study/work/home?

hey Kat

Tell work about the realistic number of hours you can handle for work per week for the next few weeks. If you think they may not understand, God will and he'll work it out.

Thanks Jun.
I need to hand in a new availability at work for exams/bustrip coming up anyway. I'll reduce my hours then. The problem I have now is that this roster is already made up and it's harder to move from shifts.

Did you know there's this cool thing you can do in the comments where you publish using your blogspot account? Just below the anonymous option is the OpenID option where you plug in your blogspot account.
