I totally support this choice. Personally, I didn't want to say this before, but I feel like Watchmen fandom has gotten way off track. Too many fics are way OOC, or taking place in some crazy AU that has nothing to do with canon. I mean, WTF. Zombies?? High school musicals? COME ON PEOPLE. Watchmen is the MOST IMPORTANT graphic novel of the 20th Century, or maybe ALL TIME, and people should be more respectful of that. Rorschach represents a serious philosophical ideal, and so it bothers me when I see people writing about him getting a coke bottle up the ass or something. That's just not respecting the creator's vision. That's why I think stories like this one should be more prevalent. This is much more in the spirit of what Alan Moore would want.
