Sheresa Roberson is one of Thomas and I's closest friends (they were in a band together in higschool), and her sister Sabrina died Saturday morning.  Some of you who are from Chelsea may know her.  She was sleeping in the backseat of a car when the driver fell asleep at the wheel and hit a tree.  Everyone else was fine, but she was killed.

We got an iguana.  !!
It's impossible to tell what gender it is, because it's just a hatchling, but because of my own personal bias I'm going to assume it's a girl.  She is awesome.  I've always wanted to own a small dinosaur.

Gretel (my rat) died today.  She just got really sick all of a sudden and couldn't stand up or move around and her eyes were oozing.  I don't know what happened, but we gave her a proper burial today.  She was a good rat.

Much to my despair, I've been back in A2 for a couple of weeks now.  If Thomas wasn't here, I probably never would have come back.  Even though I missed Thomas and Bella (and Paul and Weetzie and Petra and Gretel), that was one of the most delicious weeks I've had in awhile.

Warren Ellis is a genius.  Even if you don't normally dig comics, which I don't, you will probably like his stuff.  Currently I'm reading the Fell comics, which are set in a fictional city called Snowtown and I think Snowtown is modeled after Detroit or Hamtramck or something.  So go to his website.
