A strange week it's been, as the long-time silent people have come out to post. These days I figure I lose friends to the phenomenon that is twitter or facebook, or that people just have moved on. Good to see the LJ flesh out a bit when it can.

I know a few published authors in town, and that's a pretty cool thing when you finally find a publisher that says "YES!" and you get your dream. Keep going with that - you're in the ranks of pro now, vs. the guy who's had to keep writing to someday get there.

I'm transitioning between jobs now, and have been overtaken by roller derby and all that is skating over the past year. As I loom over a computer upgrade on the horizon, Photography shows promise of coming back after a far too long hiatus.

Keep coming back to dump your brains. This place needs it in recent months/years.

In the past two years, I've read my Live Journal friends list every day, but I've never posted or commented. I've been keeping up with your roller derby and skating adventures, and have read about every fall. I noticed you hadn't been stalking crows lately either.

I don't know why I haven't been posting and commenting. Part of it was stress - I'm very introverted when I'm under stress. But I'm going to try to post regularly again.
