Last night I was supposed to go see The Senate, but no one would go with me and I hate going to shows alone. Add that to another bit of stress in the day, and I desperately needed distraction. I used to, back when I was a scenester and knew I'd run into a few people I knew. It just sucks, sitting around between sets, not doing anything...and if you only sorta-kinda know the band, it's kind of awkward, because you don't want to hang on them? I dunno. It just sucks.
