Admit I downloaded an MP3 not so much to listen to the story, but to hear what your voice sounded like :) I like to hear people's voices, being quite an auditory person myself :)
It's fascinating how long one can know someone online without hearing their voice. One of the reasons I started doing this was an attempt to acclimatise myself to my recorded voice, which I've always hated.
Five sounds like a good achievement to me, given how tiring it can be to read aloud. And thanks for reminding me that I need to check out your Dalemark stories, after finally reading the quartet last year.
If you need more material, feel free to use anything of mine you want - if you do want :)
The editing is pretty tiring too. I'm in awe of people who record many hours of audiofic, it's a surprisingly big task.

That's a very generous offer -- I'd love to use some of your stories. Your writing always has a very precise feel, as if the words have been chosen very carefully to work together, which should make reading them rewarding. I might need to get a bit more comfortable with how to read dialogue effectively before I tackle most of the longer ones, though.
I've got two bonus stories that go with one of the novellas in my short story collection, although they may be a little too dialogue heavy. What sort of word count were you looking for? That may be an easier way for me to look at which other stories to offer you.
I'd mainly be looking for pretty short works, as the editing is so exhausting on longer ones, up to around 2000 words perhaps? I'm probably best on stories with a strong narrator voice and little dialogue; there again, I probably need most practice on dialogue-heavy works!
