Why am I reading about Palin 2012? please, for the sake of my sanity, no. I don't think she would have any realistic chance, but the fact that I keep on reading about it is worrying and makes me again wonder what anyone sees in her as a candidate for political office (and I mean any political office, let alone president). -

Could anyone tell me where in DH Hermione Jean Granger appears? I’ve heard it’s in there, but seemed to have missed it.

Deathly Hallows
Deathly Hallows was rather disappointing. I never read the leaked version, but I saw spoilers and thought that it was fake. Oh well....
There were parts that I liked, but the whole book could have been put together much better. The whole sequence of Harry, Hermione and Ron living in the wild was boring.

Wilson on Speeeeeeed
Last week's House episode, Resignation, was one of my favorites.
I love Wilson on speed. His scenes were just wonderful.
Hopefully, Wilson's depression won't be abandoned in the following episodes. It's an interesting plotline and would guarantee more screentime for Wilson. If it's not included in tonight's episode, I will be pissed off. I suppose ( Read more... ) -

I read an essay in the HP Essays community that claimed Minerva McGonagall is a Death Eater. I wasn't convinced. In this essay I respond to the arguments used to show that McGonagall is a Death Eater (these arguments are in italics--my responses are not).
