Update to CCL rules

Just a quick post to let you know that I've updated the rules of the Crazy Cat Lover Challenge ever so slightly, to deal with a situation that game up in my last gameplay session. Rule 3c addresses what to do when your sims in engaged in a non-autonomous interaction with one cat and a different cat lines up an autonomous interaction

Hehe. You're updating rules and I'm downloading all the things and making a list of all the places where I've downloaded all the things. I think the combined wildness and thrill-seeking might be a bit much for our fellow people!

You're right! I'll back off on the rule sets -- we don't want to cause injury or emotional distress to our friends, family, and neighbors! :)
