Update to CCL rules

Just a quick post to let you know that I've updated the rules of the Crazy Cat Lover Challenge ever so slightly, to deal with a situation that game up in my last gameplay session. Rule 3c addresses what to do when your sims in engaged in a non-autonomous interaction with one cat and a different cat lines up an autonomous interaction.

Updating rule sets! Could I possibly be any more of a wild and crazy thrill-seeker?
