Life's interesting. It's like we struggle with the same things at different times in our lives. And it's not that one person is farther along in their walk with Christ, than another person. I walked into Kat's house this morning to borrow something. I was waring these blue athletic pants and my orange class shirt. We looked at each other and kind of shrugged. She was waring exactly the same thing. Then I saw her dress. Brown too. Same cut and all. Ya think we'd like the same types of things hugh?

Naomi moved to Moab with her husband and 2 teenage sons because tragedy struck. Her 2 sons marry and her husband dies. Later her 2 sons die as well. She is left with her 2 daughters-in-law and wants to return to her farm in Israel. Naomi uses bitterness to describe her own emotions and how they are a reflection of her deep struggle with God. Something not cool but something cool. More on the cool end I think. I had to pick up the truck today from Menards. I made it to my street and then couldn't accelerate anymore. Everything shut down. Power steering went out. I just glided to the curb and it stopped. It decided to quit directly in front of my house! Amazing. I'm rather sick ( Read more... )

I've been having dreams lately. Not those freaky horrible dreams that I used to have. I couldn't tell you what these dreams are about. All I know is that they poison my sleep. My sleep is lousy and I wake up feeling crumby.
