It's really cold today. This morning, it was about 5°F (-15°C) with a wind chill estimated to be about -10 to -15°F (~-25°C). Angie's car didn't start. I tried to jump it but that didn't help. Every year my friend's family has a super bowl party. Last year I attended for the first time, just because I had the evening free and it sounded fun. It turned out that they don't actually care who is in the game. No, instead they spend the commercial breaks grading and commenting on all of the commercials! It was a lot of fun, especially since I went in expecting them to actually be interested in the game. Definitely the best football party I have been to yet!

I think the Superbowl has turned into an American holiday and another reason to throw a party. Some people really care about the game and others just have a party.

One year, we were on a cruise during the Superbowl. It wasn't a very good game, but it was fun since they were airing it in the theater so there were lots of people and food. And it was funny to hear people groaning or mock clapping, etc.
