Birthday Weekend

On Saturday, Angie and I went out for my birthday lunch as to not conflict with any of the football games and to avoid any extra cold conditions. We went to Portuguese Fisherman in South River. It is a bar/restaurant which had a nice feel. When we got there, there were several games of European soccer on the tv's and plenty of people around the bar

Awww...I randomly like Packers and their players that look like other people. Who should I root for now?

I'll probably be rooting for Peyton Manning (Denver Broncos), the San Diego Chargers, the Carolina Panthers (Jabba's team), and somehow the Patriots if all else fails.

But Colin Kaepernick (quarterback of the SF 49ers) has a pretty derpy face, although a super muscly body, so maybe you'd like him?

I guess I'll root for Jabba's team. That Colin guy looks too much like a bro with his pointy chin beard and tiny head.

I haven't read L'Morte D'Arthur in a long time, but I did take an entire seminar on Arthur and the Grail at Mount Holyoke! Have fun with it!

Is it as slow as I imagine?

And would there be any other Arthurian books you'd recommend? I really enjoyed The Mists of Avalon and we have The Once and Future King.

Give me a little time to go through the stuff I have from that class and I'll get back to you. And that class was in 2009, so I don't remember how slow it may have been. :)
