Over the long weekend, I built my pond!  There are some... issues, but we'll talk about it later.

It seems like my posting frequency really dropped to about once a month.  Ugh, but I've been feeling extra busy at home in addition to work now.

It's so nice having some time off.  Most days, I try to do something (clean, car maintenance, cook, etc) before just being lazy.  So I feel like I've been productive and relaxed.

As background, I'm a big fan of the Foundation novels (I even think the ones after the trilogy are okay). But when I heard that Apple TV was adapting it, I couldn't imagine it would be good because modern Hollywood would destroy an epic (thousands of year) story that is not character focused.
