Today, my knee finally felt up to withstanding a spin class, so after work I sped to the gym with the intent of swimming as many laps as I could, drying off and then doing the spin class. As it was, I did 1000 quite quick (20 minutes) then made it just in time for an hour of hard spin. As a result, I am BEAT tonight and slathered on some Biofreeze
