After some thought and consideration, I am taking
theoctothorpe 's suggestion and dropping corn from my diet. I am reading labels to make sure that there is no corn content in any of the few grain products I have purchased lately. The caveat is that I will perhaps (and that is a small perhaps) eat a corn product at a special occasion (like Thanksgiving say)
