Yesterday I made some progress on the laundry, though I didn't finish, so now there's a mountain of clean laundry on the couch, which I need to put away before the cat decides it's too nice a bed to pass up (well... any more than she already has). I can see why your lady-child is Red. Did your man-child request to be called yellow as a result, or is this blogfuscate?

Yes, to both.
But it was his idea first, after he heard his sister being called Red.

It's a pretty good little kid book. You can probably find a copy of it at your local bookstore - it's been around forever, but it's still reasonably popular. The storyline is pretty repetitive, but that's helpful for little kids who have trouble following a story, and for beginning readers who need a little encouragement.
