I remember when our heat pump died in midsummer. It was grim.

Can they not get a window unit or portable one temporarily?

It's a commercial unit, so parts are harder to get. Apparently, though, they part WAS found and will be here by the end of the day.

I'm actually okay with the box fan.. but everyone else is acting like it's the end of the world.
